AIA Contract Documents (ACD) is the industry standard for architecture and construction contracts, trusted for over 135 years. Our Catina platform is a secure, cloud-based hub for creating and managing contract documents. We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our fully remote marketing team. This role owns the design, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs across the full customer journey, from acquisition and activation through retention, expansion, and renewal. You will leverage deep expertise in HubSpot to orchestrate automated, data-driven lifecycle programs across email, SMS, and other customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle marketing programs across all key stages of the customer journey, including lead nurture, onboarding, product adoption, retention, upsell, renewal, and re-engagement.
- Design and execute inbound and outbound lifecycle campaigns aligned to customer behavior, engagement signals, product usage, and subscription milestones.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, automation logic, and reporting.
- Build and maintain automated lifecycle workflows that coordinate email, SMS, and other channel touchpoints within HubSpot.
- Implement personalization and targeting logic based on lifecycle stage, persona, behavior, and engagement history.
- Define lifecycle communication strategies that balance engagement, conversion, and customer experience through thoughtful cadence and frequency management.
- Maintain strong database health by ensuring segmentation accuracy, contact hygiene, opt-in compliance, suppression logic, and adherence to deliverability best practices.
- Define and track lifecycle KPIs, including engagement rates, activation, conversion, churn, expansion, and lifetime value.
- Maintain lifecycle performance dashboards and translate insights into program improvements and prioritization decisions.
- Optimizelifecycle programs to directly support revenue outcomes, including e-commerce Sales, Subscription Upsell, retention, and subscription expansion.
- Execute and support webinar & event programs, including registration flows, reminder and follow-up campaigns, attendee segmentation, and post-webinar engagement workflows within HubSpot.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or demand generation, preferably in an e-commerce or SaaS B2B environment.
- Experience with HubSpot, including workflows, automation, segmentation, lifecycle reporting, and campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound lifecycle marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience executing email marketing programs. Familiarity with SMS marketing is a plus.
- Experience managing communication cadence, segmentation, and database health at scale.
